Eric H. Douglas  

President

Eric H. Douglas is the President of The Eagle Eye Group, which he founded in 2004. Previously, he served as an Associate at the Corporate Executive Board, a strategic consulting firm in Washington DC. While at CEB, he worked with a select group of Fortune 500 executives on industry best practice models.

Prior to CEB, Mr. Douglas consulted for Archstone-Smith Trust, one of America's largest privately held real estate development firms. There he implemented innovative marketing strategies to some of the company's highest profile properties.

A member of the Shinnecock Indian Nation of New York, Mr. Douglas truly understands the intricacies of doing business in Indian Country. Like most global cultures, Native Americans are a proud people who possess strong cultural traditions. It's the sincere understanding and respect of these traditions that helps Mr. Douglas do his job better, and that which he believes is paramount in doing business in Indian Country.

In 2001, Mr. Douglas received a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University.

As well as serving on the boards of numerous Native American companies, Mr. Douglas has and continues to serve many national programs including Habitat for Humanity, Volunteer Broward, America READS Challenge, and Gilda's Club of South Florida.
